Clarity over choice.
In high-stakes moments, users don't want options; they want the right path. I design to make that path obvious
Trust is the primary metric.
A design either builds user confidence or it fails. I optimize for the former by eliminating ambiguity
Ship to learn
We can't know what works from inside a Figma file. My bias is to ship, measure, and iterate.
